A specialty cheese that is made in very small batches and matured for a minimum of 2 years. This maturation process allows the cheese to develop a mild, yet complex, buttery characteristic. It is extremely limited and only available on-site at Milawa Cheese Company or online for short amounts of time towards the end of the year.
